09.30 - 10.30 Pilates with Francisco - A flowing moving class taking you through a classical Pilates workout.This will be taught at intermediate level, but expect to sweat!
   
10.30 - 11.00 Break for a raw juice and energy snack.
   
11.00 - 12.30 Intro to Feldenkrais with Garet Newell - I have a very small experience of Feldenkrais but it is a fascinating way of getting you to move that challenges every pattern of movement you have in your body. Practiced regularly it improves many aspects of everyday life from sitting to standing to walking. It is based on sound neurological and mechanical principles but will challenge everything about the way you do what you do!Garet is the UK teacher trainer for this method and we are very lucky to have her come and teach
   
12.30 -12.45 Time for questions about Feldenkrais (I’m sure you will have some!)
   
12.45 -13.45 Lunch - provided by raw food chef Caroline - this year she has Italy on the brain so: - Courgette spaghetti with carbonara sauce, Italian braised greens, basil and tomato salad and garlic bread. Dessert is Tiramisu .  (PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING ANY FOOD INTOLERENCES).
   
13.45 - 14.15 Fermentation talk - a talk with Caroline about fermented foods, you will be provided with your own little fermentation kit to take home and try. Fermented foods provide a rich source of probiotics and are so quick to make and easy to add to your diet.

MELT with Gaile - a perfect way to prepare for the following class.Unwind and refresh your fascia ready to stretch and move your muscles and joints in yoga

   
15.15 - 15.30 Refreshment Break.
   
15.30 - 16.45 Yoga with Francisco - a traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga class pitched at beginner level for those who have no yoga experience. The class will finish with some relaxation but Francisco will awaken every muscle, bone and joint in your body as you move through traditional yoga moves. Please note this is a physical class and not suitable for injuries, issues unless you have yoga experience and know your modifications.
